scalar mandatory r/w Integer32 
A time in seconds used to specify how long a 
management station will remain registered in 
the Current Users table if no requests are received
from that management station. After this time the
management station will be automatically removed
from the table.
Devices are not required to support the writable
functionality for this variable.
