sysRadiusPrimaryServer

The IP address for the primary RADIUS-server.
The port number used is 1812 (accounting,
port 1813, is not enabled).
Time-out is 3 seconds.
          
Set to the 0.0.0.0 or empty string if not used.
          
If either the server or the secret are not set
the primary server is disabled.
