sysNodeLocale

Determines what rules should be used when formatting
and display items that are affected by language and
locality.
          
The following is currently affected:
          
Date and time
          
Decimal character
          
Unit used for temperatures
          
If locale is set to US English temperatures are
converted to degrees Fahrenheit.
          
Note: Only the default locale, 'C', is supported at
the moment.
