When an Allocated Range is defined for the two
add-drop interfaces, it is not possible
to add channels outside the range.
Supported range 19185 ... 19598 (ch9185 .. ch958)
The highest dropped frequency can be set from
the lowest dropped frequency up to next 7
following frequencies.
This attribute can be written via SNMP.
