Type Description
The functional type of the board.
At least one type is defined for each combination of
the following properties of the board:
1 - number of interfaces
2 - type of interfaces
3 - the functionality of the board (can usually be inferred from
the types of interfaces)
The application should be able to determine which and how many
interfaces should be instantiated from the type.
