Object

column r/w Enumeration 
Start OTDR-SFP measurement via SNMP.
              
The measurement can only be done in the co-propagating direction (i.e. on the TX port of the SFP).
The measurement disrupts the OSC link and DCN connectivity and can interfere with the user traffic.
              
Starting the measurement turns off the OSC transmission, if enabled.
When the measurement is done, the OSC transmission will be resumed, if enabled.
