connPvcLowIfIndex

The line interface number (ifIndex) of the low port.
Normally, the low port has a lower ifIndex value than
the high port.  However, for point-to-multipoint
connections, the root is always the low port, regardless
of whether it is greater or smaller than the port numbers
of individual leaves.
