Object

scalar r/w OctetString 
File to be downloaded onto the AP from server. Only xml files
are allowed to be downloaded. The filename cannot contain the
full path to the directory where the file will be placed.
    When all the objects are set correctly, the
    download string is formed as such:
    <TFTP>://<ipAddress>[:<port>]/<fullpath>/<filename.xml>
