Enumeration
Indicates whether the switch is running as a querier in the VLAN. Based on the querier election, if elected as a querier, it will send query messages. If the switch receives the query message with lower IP/MAC any other querier in the VLAN, It will move to non querier state. If a leave is received then querier moves to checking membership state.
