aclMacRuleRedirectExtAgentId

A non-zero value indicates the external control plane 
application agentId to which all inbound packets matching
this ACL rule are directed.  A value of zero means redirection 
is not in effect. This action is mutually exclusive of 
mirroring (aclMacRuleMirrorIntf object) redirect to interface
(aclMacRuleRedirectIntf object), and mirror to external 
agent (aclMacRuleMirrorExtAgentId object) rule attributes.
