A value of true indicates that sFlow sampling is enabled on   
this IPv6 ACL and all inbound packets matching this ACL rule
are copied to external sFlow remote agent hardware. A value
of false means sFlow sampling is not in effect. This action 
is applicable to only sFlow remote agent hardware supported  
platforms only.
