disruption might be caused by:
    Hardware insertion/removal.
    Reconfiguration of juniFrDlcmiState.
    Reconfiguration of juniFrDlcmiRole.
              
Conclusions can be drawn from successive polls of an entry's counters
only if the value of this object, simultaneously retrieved in those
polls, remains unchanged.
