scalar deprecated r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This object controls the automatic timing selector upgrade.  Setting
this object to true(1) will prevent automatic upgrade to the next
highest timing selector.  Setting this object to false(2) will enable
the automatic upgrade of timing selectors.
