Specifies the remaining JWAC host aging time/ block time.
When host's authentication state is 'authenticated' in swJWACAuthStateAuthStatus,
this object indicates the host's aging time, the units is minutes.
When host's authentication state is 'blocked' in swJWACAuthStateAuthStatus,
this object indicates the host's block time, the units is seconds.
0 indicates the authenticated host on the port will never age out.
