column SNMPv2-TCTimeInterval 
This object specifies the relative start time, from the
current system time, for the SOAM LM session. This
object is used only if jnxSoamLmStartTimeType is 'relative' and is
ignored otherwise.
              
This object can only be written at row creation time and cannot be
modified once it has been created.
