during this Measurement Interval.
              
This object applies when  jnxSoamDmCfgType is dmDmm or dm1DmTx and
is undefined if  jnxSoamDmCfgType is dm1DmRx. It indicates the
number of DMM or 1DM SOAM frames transmitted.
