The ifIndex of a PPP link interface over which this PPP network 
interface is to be layered.  On sets, the value of this object must 
equal on of the previously created PPP link interfaces created in 
the jnxPppMlPppLinkConfigTable.  On gets, the value of this object 
is the lexicographically least PPP link interface in a potential
 bundle of PPP link interfaces.
