The Maximum Receive Reconstructed Unit (MRRU) that the local 
PPP entity will advertise to the remote entity.  If the value of
this variable is 1, then the MRRU is set to the local MRU value. 
With read-create maximum access, changing this object has an effect
when the link is next restarted.
