Time in tenths of seconds remaining before switching to connected state after
asamLluRelayStatus is configured to 'disconnectTimed'. 0 means that the
timer associated with disconnectTimed is not active. This can happen when:
 - asamLluRelayStatus has never been configured to 'disconnectTimed'
 - The timer has been configured with asamLluRelayActionTime = 0
 - The timer has expired
