The Routing Domain ID of the Next Hop.
The semantics of this object are determined by
the routing-protocol specified in the route's
ipv6RouteProtocol value. When this object is
unknown or not relevant its value should be set
to zero.
This object is obsolete, and it has no replacement.
The Routing Domain ID concept did not catch on.
