A ipoGenAppOperationalSvcEvent notification is generated whenever communication between a IP Office switch and a IP Office application becomes operational again after having failed. It signifies that the SNMP entity, acting in an agent role, has detected that the state of the communications between the IP Office switch and a IP Office application has transitioned from the failed to the operational state. The IP Office application between which communication has been lost is identified by the value of ipoGTEventAppEntity.
