This attribute is used to enable or disable the monitoring of a PRBS test pattern coming from 
the Terminal side (e.g., from the Line interface). Applicable to: All OTU Clients System should disallow enabling for cases in 
which OTU-encapsulated PRBS from terminal side does not apply - e.g., when ServiceMode = Adaptation.
