column r/w Unsigned32 
The position of the chassis within the rack. The chassis with lower
RU location is displayed at the bottom in the node view and the one
with higher number is displayed at the top. If there are more than two
chassis having the same rack name, they are displayed next to each
other though they might be physically located in the same rack.
