Object

column SNMPv2-TCRowPointer 
The SA currently used to encode the SecTAG for frames awaiting 
transmission. The row pointer will point to an entry in the 
secyTxSATable. If no such information is available, the value shall 
be the OBJECT IDENTIFIER { 0 0 }.
