icfVgPortLastTrainConfig

This 16 bit field contains the most recent training
configuration in an error-free training frame
sent by the end node connected to the port.  For
cascade ports, this is the responder's configuration
field from the most recent error-free training
response frame received in response to training
initiated by this repeater.  This object is formatted
as follows:

         01 = request promiscuousMode
         10 = reserved
         11 = reserved
    R:   0  = request is from an end node
         1  = request is from a repeater
