The number of outbound frames transmitted by the                         
channel adapter to the Deblocker Task which                              
contained errors preventing them from being                              
deliverable to a higher layer protocol.  This                            
variable, when combined with                                             
ibm3172ifOutLANErrors, reflects the total number                         
of outbound frames discarded by the 3172 because                         
of errors.
