BBCM Protocols Supported. For ease in implementation
the enumerated types for ibmBbcmProtocolType and
ibmBbcmStatProtocolType are equivalent.
              
When the protocol type is 1 (allprotocols) the response
contains the total count for all protocols supported by
this BBCM.
