This object provides the status of FAST_ADVERTISEMENT. When FAST_ADVERTISEMENT is enabled, - New message type FAST_ADVERTISEMENT(2) will be used in the VRRP advertisements - Can interop only with another FAST_ADVERTISEMENT enabled router - VRRP advertisement interval will be sent in units of centi-seconds - Timers will be running with centi-second granularity
