The default value is unconcern(254).
Options:
1. enable(1)       - Indicates that the switch is enabled
2. disable(2)      - Indicates that the switch is disabled 
3. unconcern(254)  - Indicates that the switch is unconcern
4. invalid(-1)     - Indicates that the query fails or no information is detected
