This parameter indicates the voip configuration mode that the ONT supports.
This BITS structure can report the following status:
1.  omcioam(0)                  - This bit position positively reports that the ONT supports omci/oam configuration mode
2.  configurationFile(ftp)(1)   - This bit position positively reports that the ONT supports configurationFile(ftp) configuration mode
3.  tr069(2)                    - This bit position positively reports that the ONT supports tr069 configuration mode
