Indicates whether the ONT is in power reduction state and its actual power reduction state.
Options:
1. normal(1)           -It means the ONT is in normal state,it is running normally and is not performing power reduction function.
2. doze(2)             -doze mode:when in a LowPower state (the Asleep state) in this mode the ONT receiver remains active, ONT can receive downstream traffic,but it will deactivate its transmitter periodicly ,at this time it can't send its upstream traffic. 
3. cyclicSleep(3)      -cyclic sleep mode:when in a LowPower state (the Asleep state) in this mode, the ONT receiver is inactive;the ONT cannot receive downstream traffic. its transmitter is also inactive,so it can't send its upstream traffic.  
4. watchfulSleep(4)    -watchful sleep mode:when in a LowPower state (the Watch state) in this mode, the ONT periodically checks the downstream traffic for wakeup indications from the OLT.         
5. invalid(-1)         -Indicates that the query fails or no information is detected.
