This object indicates the reason why the ONT goes offline.
The value (1) indicates that there is no third-party ONT interoperability certification.
The value (2) indicates that the ONT interoperability mode mismatches with the OLT's.
The value (3) indicates that the ONT basic information fails to be obtained.
The value (5) indicates that the ONT interoperability file mismatches with the OLT's.
The value (8) indicates that the ONT is incompatible with the OLT.
The value (9) indicates that the actual ONT optical power is lower than the threshold for the optical power of the ONT going online.
The value (10) indicates that the ONT is not in the white list.
The value (-1) indicates that the ONT has interoperability access license.
