This object indicates the power supply switch of the ONT Ethernet port.
Options:
1. enable(1)    - Indicates that the power supply switch of the ONT Ethernet port is enabled.
2. disable(2)   - Indicates that the power supply switch of the ONT Ethernet port is disabled.
3. unconcern(3) - Indicates that the power supply switch of the ONT Ethernet port is unconcerned.
The default value is unconcern(3).
