column r/w Enumeration 
This object indicates the force power switch of the ONT Ethernet port.
Options:
1. disable(1)    - Indicates that the force power switch of the ONT Ethernet port is disabled.
2. enable(2)     - Indicates that the force power switch of the ONT Ethernet port is enabled.
		 3. invalid(-1)   - Indicates that the force power switch of the ONT Ethernet port is invalid.				 
The default value is disable(1).
