When query the ONT DO status, returns the status of all DO ports at a time.
The first byte indicates the number of ports (0~127). 
Each two byte indicates the state of a port, with the first byte indicating the port index and the second byte indicating the DO state.
Port index (1 Byte);
Port status (1 Byte): 0- low level, 1- high level.
