The object is used to set whether suppress initial alarm.
Options:
1.enable(1)                    - Open the switch, suppress initial alarm state
2.disable(2)                   - Close the switch, does not suppress initial alarm state
3.enableexceptopticalalarm(3)  - Suppress other alarms, does not suppress optical module
The default value is enable(1).
