This object indicates the switch value of ONT authentication conflict check by SN.		   
Options:
1.enable(1)            - Indicates that the switch value of ONT authentication conflict check by SN is enable,ONT unique SN in system.
2.disable(2)           - Indicates that the switch value of ONT authentication conflict check by SN is disable, ONT unique SN in port.    
The default value is enable(1).
