The ess start number in batch operation. This node is used with node hwWlanServiceBatchEssNumber, for example, hwWlanServiceBatchEssStartNumber is set to one, and hwWlanServiceBatchEssNumber is set to three, then get the node hwWlanServiceBatchReturnEssNumber,hwWlanServiceBatchEssName, hwWlanServiceBatchEssSsid, that means start from the first ess, get three ess's name and ssid list. if it dose not exist three esses, the hwWlanServiceBatchReturnEssNumber will be the real ess number, otherwise, it is equal to hwWlanServiceBatchEssNumber.
