the node hwWlanServiceBatchReturnEssNumber,hwWlanServiceBatchEssName, and
hwWlanServiceBatchEssSsid, that means start from the first ess, get three
ess's name and ssid list. if it dose not exist three esses, the
hwWlanServiceBatchReturnEssNumber will be the real ess number, otherwise,
it is equal to hwWlanServiceBatchEssNumber.
