will report the result to user.

hwApPingResultSuccessCount:the successful times of the recent AP ping,
hwApPingResultFailureCount: the failed times of recent AP ping,
hwApPingResultAverageResponseTime: the average response time of recent AP ping.
hwApPingResultMinimumResponseTime: the minimum response time of recent AP ping.
hwApPingResultMaximumResponseTime: the maximum response time of recent AP ping.
