range depends on the value of object hwSwitchOverPeriod.
When hwSwitchOverPeriod is set to day(1), the default value of this object is 1;
When hwSwitchOverPeriod is set to week(2), the value range of this object is 1-7
When hwSwitchOverPeriod is set to month(3), the value range of this object is 1-31.
Default:1.
