hwAutoSaveCfgChangedtimer

The time of saving configuration files automatically. 
The time is in the unit of 10 ms,with a value range of 
12000-8640000 (two minutes to one day). If the value of
the object hwAutoSaveType is configuration(2), it is 
180000 (30 minutes) by default, which indicates that the 
configuration files are saved automatically each 30 minutes.
Default: 180000
