identify

identify use to control on or off of led. 
identify mode:   
0  - Off	
1  - Temporary On	
2  - Force Identify On	             
          
set format: <mode>,[ontime]
get format: <mode>   
          
When <mode> = 0 or <mode> = 2,
the format is only <mode>.
             
[ontime] is option and value is in [1,255],
When set Temporary On without [ontime],
The default Temporary On time are 15 seconds.
