the value defined as:
  -1  : unknown error,
  -101: download unavailable,
  -102: file name too long,
  -103: failed to obtain the file length, or the file length out of MAXlength or memory,
  -104: set file update flag error,
  -105: libcurl run error,
  -106: upload unavailable,
  -107: upload file unavailable,
  -108: protocol not supported,
  -109: url format error,
  [0,100]:represents transfer progress in percentage while file being transfered.
