In scenarios where the flow data record or QoE analysis service is enabled through the CLI, the SPU is not restarted after the undo extended-package load command (for uninstalling the expansion package) or the undo fdr enable command is executed. In this case, the system generates this trap every one hour to remind the user to restart the SPU.
