Object

notification 
A hwPimNeighborLoss notification signifies the loss of an
adjacency with a neighbor.  This notification should be
generated when the neighbor is lost.
          
This notification is generated whenever the counter
hwPimNeighborLossCount is incremented, subject
to the rate limit specified by
hwPimNeighborLossNotificationPeriod.
