The progress of collecting the device status information about the object can be queried at the specified time. If the health diagnosis has not started, the displayed collection progress is 0. If the health diagnosis has started but is not yet complete, the displayed collection progress is the current collection progress. If the health diagnosis has stopped (including the stop after the diagnosis is complete, the stop when an error occurs, and the stop after a collection stop command is issued), the displayed collection progress is 100.
