Object

notification 
After the patch is activated or deleted, the operation takes effect in certain
cases only after board or system reset. In such cases, if the board or system
is not reset 24 hours after the patch is activated or deleted, this trap message
is sent. If the board or system has not reset all the time, this trap message
is sent once every 24 hours.
