Options:
1.lastword(1)          -indicates that the backup file type is last word.
2.cdr(2)               -indicates that the backup file type is multicast CDR file.
3.database(3)          -indicates that the backup file type is database file.
4.configurationfile(4) -indicates that the backup file type is configuration file.
5.alarm(5)             -indicates that the backup file type is alarm file.
6.log(6)               -indicates that the backup file type is log file.
7.program(7)           -indicates that the automatic loading file type is program.
8.trace(8)             -indicates that the backup file type is running log file.
