hwLoadPacketSmart

This object is used to identify the loading mode of the package file.
Options:
1.normal(1)    -indicates that the entire package file is loaded into the system.
2.smart(2)     -indicates that part of the package file is loaded into the system
                according to the hardware configuration of the device.
